This Classic Swishy Skirt swishes when you swivel! This great all around basic skirt is also fabulous for swing dancers. Since these skirts are aline, they are not particularly "spinnable", but because they're knit polyester, when you stop spinning they wrap around you then drop in the blink of an eye - quite a stricking effect. They are unlined and have a 1 1/2" elastic waistband and a 3/4" hem.
